Green Magic Homes presents the innovative under ground shelters that are fast and easy to assemble, 100% waterproof, heavy-duty, easy to access, includes ventilation and electrical ducts, with multiple sizes available.

These shelters are totally buried underground. This completely isolates and protects the shelter from any danger from storms, tornadoes and fires. It will be a comfortable and safe haven that can save many lives.

Our underground shelters are made of fiber-reinforced composites which makes them ultra-resistant, lightweight, waterproof and are easy to transport to any destination in the world. With many designs and sizes available to choose from you can grow and expand to adapt to your needs.

Our underground shelters are delivered disassembled for ease of transport and only three people are requried for assembly. All kits include nuts and bolts in galvanized steel, elastomer for sealing, expansion bolts for anchoring to the foundation and electrical and ventilation ducts.

The soil covering the underground shelter can be mixed with our soil stabilizing biological enzyme product called EGTE and water sealed with PGTE, which transforms the soil into a rock solid mass, turning the whole structure into a bunker, fully capable of withstanding earthquakes, tsunamis, tornadoes, storms, fires and all kinds of natural disasters.

The customer must have the excavation ready with a concrete slab on-site where the underground shelter will be anchored, with a clearance at the sides of 60 cm (1.96 ft) to assemble it and to reinforce exterior waterproofing with Sika BlackSeal Elastic, after which it is covered completely with soil + EGTE and PGTE.
